Kawana Waters Marina

Kawana Waters Marina evolved from Lawrie’s Marina built back in the 1970s. It is the oldest floating dock marina in Queensland and is unique in that berths can be sub- leased under the head lease owned by members (berth sub-lessees) of the holding company, Marina Owners Limited.

We are a small, secure and friendly community ideally situated when live-a-board arrangements are required. A community alcove area includes BBQ, TV and entertainment facilities.

Our friendly staff are considered part of the greater family of sailors enjoying a unique, close-knit and much appreciated social atmosphere.
