Margate Marina is conveniently located just 25min drive south of Hobart and is the gateway marina to the famed cruising waters of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. We currently have 130 floating berths (on the way to 300). Berth sizes are 10m, 12m, 15m, 18m, 20m, 25m, 30m, 35m and 40m. Facilities include CCTV, fuel and pump-out pontoon, daily boat checks, gated
access for berth customers, laundry and showers, office open 7 days, slip yard (catamarans welcome) hardstand &
trailer boat storage…and friendly service!
We are the only marina in Hobart offering the combination of daily boat checks, gated access, 24-hour camera surveillance, a friendly face to talk to 7 days a week, dual fuel and free pump-out pontoon and dedicated berths for large vessels; 30m, 35m and 40m. Casual rates by the day, week or month. Discounted rates for 6 months or more.
