Welcome to the Royal Geelong Yacht Club – the 2020 Australian Sailing Club of the Year. Established in 1859, RGYC has a proud history and exciting future.

RGYC is home to Festival of Sails, the largest sailing regatta in the Southern Hemisphere and the biennial Wooden Boat Festival of Geelong. Enjoy activities along the historic Geelong waterfront and the Club’s marina in the heart of the city.

Join us in a range of learn to sail experiences, Twilight sailing, Saturday racing and regattas. Our club welcomes people of all abilities.

Boating visitors can berth safely in front of our clubhouse and The Yot(cafe).

This is the perfect location for a wide range of sailing and boating activities, social events & celebrations.
